Anne-Maree Kaser is the CEO of Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH), one of Victoria’s largest and most trusted community health organisations, with over 540 staff and 220 volunteers delivering services across East Gippsland. She is also a co-founder of ARRCH, a statewide alliance of rural community health organisations working collectively to strengthen access, equity, and resilience across Victoria. 

Anne-Maree is widely recognised for her authentic leadership and for bringing local voices into statewide reform. GLCH and ARRCH have been at the forefront of recovery efforts following bushfires, floods, and storms, and have played a key role in developing the Psychosocial Community Recovery and Resilience Framework — PCRAR — which proposes a reshaping of how Victoria supports communities through disaster and recovery.
