Helen Bevan is Professor of Practice in Health and Care Improvement at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. She also is a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, USA. In addition she acts as a strategic advisor to many organisations and systems within England’s National Health Service, and to leaders and policymakers in health and care systems globally.
With over three decades of experience as a leader of large scale change within the NHS, Helen has been instrumental in leading numerous improvement initiatives that have significantly impacted patient care and healthcare systems. She is known for her innovative approaches, blending new ideas with a deep understanding of complex systems. Her work has been featured in various publications, including the Harvard Business Review and best-selling books such as "Humanocracy: how to create an organization as amazing as the people in it" and "New Power." Helen was awarded the Order of the British Empire in recognition of her contributions to healthcare.
