Jami Jones (she/her) is the Director of Rainbow Health Australia, an organisation dedicated to promoting the health and wellbeing of LGBTIQ+ communities through research, knowledge translation, training, resources, policy advice, and service accreditation via the Rainbow Tick. Based within the Australian Research Centre in Sex, Health and Society at La Trobe University, Rainbow Health Australia works to drive evidence-informed practice and policy change across diverse sectors. 

In her role as Director, Jami leads initiatives spanning LGBTIQ+ youth, ageing, health, mental health, and family violence. Her work integrates cutting-edge research with community and sector expertise to shape inclusive services and policies that affirm and support LGBTIQ+ people. 

An experienced leader and strategist, Jami has spearheaded the development of numerous capability-building programs, helping a wide range of health services embed meaningful and sustainable inclusion practices.
