Rachel Fuller is the Manager of the Family & Child Hub at Sunraysia Community Health Services, where she leads initiatives to support families and enhance child well-being in the community. With a Bachelor of Human Services, a Master of Social Work and previous appointment as board chair of the Australian Breastfeeding Association, Rachel brings over 20 years of experience working alongside families in various settings, primarily within the health and not-for-profit sectors. 

Her extensive knowledge of services, programs, and policies that support the health, social services, and early years framework in Victoria allows her to navigate complex systems effectively. Rachel is deeply committed to person-centred care, embodying genuine unconditional positive regard for others and honouring individuals' inherent wisdom. 

Motivated by the voices of families, Rachel is dedicated to exploring innovative ways to connect people with services, ultimately striving for better outcomes for children and their families. She has presented at various conferences and contributed to publications in the field, sharing her insights on best practices in family support services.
