Rafic is the Managing Director of Clinovera in APAC. He has spent over 28 years in the digital health and technology sector and has a good understanding and appreciation for the level of complexity and pressure the sector falls under.

Rafic believes that the care pathway will be redefined over time with AI, remote monitoring, telehealth and hospital in-home. He also believes that the patient, who has been one of the most under-utilised resources in healthcare, will be instrumental to the delivery of care in the future. Rafic advocates for patient engagement and the supporting digital tools that will help deliver better outcomes clinically and financially as well as improve the overall experience. He believes a patient-centric approach will ultimately result in a reduction of pressure on the healthcare system and help create much-needed efficiencies and savings.
