Christopher (he/him) is a Director at Impact Co. He has worked in the Victorian and Queensland health systems for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in policy, strategy, program evaluation, and system improvement and has been providing professional advisory services since 2016. 

Having delivered a broad portfolio of projects in partnership with Government Departments, funded agencies, and not for profit organisations, Christopher has a solid understanding of the relevant policy, funding, and operating landscape. He has extensive experience engaging a diverse range of stakeholders and is passionate about embedding genuine engagement, collaboration, and meaningful communication to influence stakeholders and drive ownership, performance improvement, and innovation. 

Christopher has experience across a range of domains, including alcohol and other drugs, child and family services, disability, education, family violence, hospital services, justice, mental health, primary and community health, and youth services. Christopher is committed to supporting ongoing improvement in access, quality, safety, outcomes, and the sustainability of such services.
