Paul brings more than 10 years' experience as a health service executive, most previously as Chief Medical Officer at Western Health, a multi-campus health network with a budget >$1 billion. He has extensive experience across health service management, especially in clinical governance, digital health leadership and workforce reform in the public and private sectors. As a clinician Paul worked in metropolitan, regional and rural settings. Paul is an Honorary Senior Fellow with the University of Melbourne’s Collaborative Practice Centre with a focus on health workforce innovation and reform, and has published in high-impact journals with a H-index of 8.
